Individual Psychotherapy

We all face times in life that bring questions that we don't always feel we can answer alone. Individual psychotherapy can be beneficial for addressing a wide range of issues, including grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relationship problems, anger, and self-esteem issues. 

A significant number of patients come into therapy not because there is a crisis to address, but because they want to use psychotherapy to enhance or improve their lives, for instance, for decision-making concerning work, problem-solving support for life decisions or transitions, or with the general goal of feeling happier or more intentional in living their life. The practice believes that good therapy  will change our patients’ lives for the better.

Individual therapy offers a helpful structure for individuals. It is a set time each week where you can consider, reflect, and solve problems when they arise, while the process is also dynamic and flexible, allowing patients to move at their own pace and work on goals that are most relevant to them.
